I'm the founder of Bestie, a women’s wellness brand built to support midlife women through the hormonal changes that impact metabolism, mood, energy, and confidence. After losing her husband unexpectedly and navigating her own health struggles in her 40s, Dara created Bestie as a movement — not just a supplement line — to help women feel like themselves again.

Bestie’s flagship product, LiveLEAN, is a natural metabolism and stress support blend designed to help reduce cravings, balance hormones, improve mood, and boost daily energy without caffeine or stimulants.
